1. Our Policy
Sure Call Solutions is committed to honoring the requests of consumers who do not wish to be contacted by our company or our network of home service providers for telemarketing purposes. This policy outlines how consumers can be added to our internal Do Not Call list.
2. How To Be Added To Our Internal Do Not Call List
If you would like to be placed on Sure Call Solutions’ Internal Do Not Call List, please provide us with the following information:
The telephone number you wish to have placed on the list (include all area codes and prefixes)
Your physical mailing address (to help us process your request)
You may provide this information and make your request in one of the following ways:

Please allow up to 30 days for your telephone number to be successfully added to our Internal Do Not Call List.
3. How We Handle Your Request
Upon receiving your request, we will promptly record your telephone number and name on our Internal Do Not Call List. We will retain this information for at least five (5) years from the date of your request.
Once your number is on our list, you should not receive any telemarketing calls from Sure Call Solutions or on behalf of Sure Call Solutions for lead generation purposes.
4. Scope of This Policy
Applies to Telemarketing: This policy applies to telemarketing calls made by Sure Call Solutions or on our behalf. A "telemarketing call" is a call to encourage the purchase of services (in this case, our lead generation services).
Does Not Apply to Service Providers: This policy applies to calls from Sure Call Solutions. It does not apply to independent home service providers who may have received your contact information as a lead. You must request to be placed on each individual company's do not call list if you wish to stop receiving calls from them.
Permitted Calls: We may still contact you for non-solicitation purposes, such as responding to an inquiry, providing information about an existing transaction, or for other customer service reasons.
5. National Do Not Call Registry
You may also register your telephone number(s) with the Federal Trade Commission’s National Do Not Call Registry. This will stop most telemarketing calls from all companies, not just Sure Call Solutions.
You can register your number or get more information by visiting www.donotcall.gov or calling 1-888-382-1222 from the phone number you wish to register.
